Terms and Conditions
Orders of $151 or more require a non-refundable deposit of 50% and is due upon request in order to hold your spot on the requested day.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the pick up day of the order.
All RUSH orders are an extra $35 on top of cake order and must be paid in full.
All orders $150 and under need to be paid in full upon request in order to hold your spot on the requested day.
A pick up time and date must be confirmed on the day of order. Rescheduling can be made with a 4-day notice before pick up date.
All images given for customized work will be used as a reference. I cannot duplicate another baker/bakery’s work.
During transport, all cakes should be placed on the floor of the vehicle and not on the seat or lap of passengers.
Once the cake has left the premises, it is no longer my responsibility. No refunds on damaged cakes after pick up/delivery.
We do not offer refunds on custom cakes or cupcakes.
